We Love What We Do!

Teddi

Teddi is the founder of Advocates for Senior Living and has a deep passion for supporting older adults and the families who love them. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and spent years helping people navigate crisis, conflict, and major life transitions with compassion and clarity.

In addition to her clinical background, Teddi worked as a successful Realtor, guiding clients through complex contracts and negotiations. She also served as a senior leader in a variety of capacities for Fortune 500 companies, where she led teams and managed complex projects.

After working with the Whatcom Council on Aging, where she led a team of over 300 volunteers (supporting Meals on Wheels and the Bellingham Senior Activity Center), she found a love of helping seniors. While helping seniors Teddi recognized a growing need for personalized guidance during this life-transition of moving into senior living.

Her diverse professional background—combining counseling, leadership, negotiation, and project management—along with a deep heart for service, inspired her to create Advocates for Senior Living. Today, she serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advocate for seniors and families during one of life’s most important transitions.
